Published in the Santa Fe New Mexican on On Trump’s 100th day in office, we joined hundreds of thousands of people who took to the streets to demand climate action as part of the People’s Climate March. The events in cities across the nation and around the world showed the overwhelming public support for addressing the climate crisis, and we appreciated having Sen. Tom Udall, D-N.M., marching with us in Washington, D.C. Sen. Udall fights tirelessly to combat climate change, a crisis that threatens our economy, wildlife and natural treasures. The march may be over, but the movement is just beginning. We must keep the momentum up and the pressure on, and we are proud to have Sen. Udall leading the charge to fight for our climate, our jobs and justice.
