CVNM Board Director
Noah Long is Director, State and Regulatory Affairs at Antora Energy. He leads Antora’s state and energy regulatory efforts including state industrial decarbonization policies and regulatory efforts to ensure Antora’s clean heat batteries will have access to renewable energy. Previously, Noah Long worked with EDF Renewables, where he managed western state legislative and regulatory engagement and developed and advanced consensus clean energy siting policies for federal public lands. Prior to that, Noah managed NRDC’s western climate and clean energy work, leading efforts to support ambitious state policies to support renewable energy, energy efficiency and electrification of buildings, cars and trucks. Noah serves on the board of Conservation Voters New Mexico and previously Interwest Energy Alliance, Renewable Northwest and and the Western Clean Energy Campaign. Noah also served on the New Mexico Renewable Energy Transmission Authority.
Noah holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School, a Master of Science in International Development and Environmental Policy from the London School of Economics, and a BA from Bowdoin College. Noah loves hiking, biking and skiing in the mountains of northern New Mexico where he grew up and lives with his family.
