Join us for Climate Justice Day at the Roundhouse February 23rd
Join our community and fellow advocates in making climate justice a reality. Attend Climate Justice Day at the Roundhouse on Thursday February 23rd, from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm. RSVP here.
Here’s the schedule for the day:
- 9:00 am – Sign in at the Sierra Club table on the west side of the Rotunda to receive your participant packet
- 10:00 am – Lobbyist training in Room 326
- 10:30 am – Speak with legislators about our bills (please attend the lobbyist training prior). Also, check out the informational booths by an array of environmental groups, state and city agencies, and solar energy companies staged through the Rotunda
- 1:00 pm – Climate Justice Rally in the Rotunda
- 2:00 pm – Attend afternoon committee hearings and continue to visit with legislators (most tables will have wrapped up by then but plenty will still be happening)
