You’re invited! Get on board with the 2nd Annual Gracias Bus Tour and join CVNM in recognizing New Mexico’s elected leaders who put people above politics and consistently take a stand for New Mexico’s working families. Come listen to Jim Hightower as he discusses how environmental justice and economic justice are tied.
Coinciding with the New Mexico Film Festival and the International Worker’s Day celebration from April 28 – May 1, 2016, the 2nd Annual Gracias Bus Tour will thank our state legislators, our statewide officials and our federal delegation for standing strong with New Mexico workers. The Gracias Bus Tour will cover five cities in four days to thank legislators, build unity around the progressive agenda, and drum up excitement for 2016 elections
The tour will start in Las Cruces, head to Truth or Consequences and Los Lunas, stop in Albuquerque in conjunction with the Labor Film Festival, and then culminate at a big International Workers Day event in Santa Fe.
